By placing an order on this webshop, you agree to the following terms:
1. Products
Our products are designed with care and often involve experimental materials and 3D processes. Each piece is unique, and we encourage you to buy only if it truly resonates with you.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We accept payments via iDEAL and PayPal.
3. Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and production methods.
4. Returns & Exchanges
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Shipping costs for returns are only refunded if the return is due to an error on our part. We strongly recommend using a track-and-trace service for all returns. If a package is lost during return shipping, we cannot be responsible without a valid tracking number. Customers outside the EU should always use a trackable return method.
5. Responsibility & Care
We aim to produce responsibly, using leftover and deadstock materials wherever possible. While no product is fully sustainable, we encourage conscious ownership and care of your items.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of Studio Marlou Linders. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Liability
We take care in producing and shipping your items, but Studio Marlou Linders is not liable for damage caused during shipping or misuse of products.
